Not Being Where You Know
All these thoughts fallin off
Can't pile em' on
I'm at the helm and I gotta prove em' wrong
Can't sit back while were being attacked
I have to show em' what I got and be strong
Grab and go is all I know in Iraq
Finishing last will still get you back
As long as you move along
In a country where we don't belong
Soon we'll be home and some will have gone
But we know we fought as hard as we should
and did everything we could
Never knowing if it was for the good
Thoughts fallin from every which way
Can't catch em' all in one day
